• Director, Business Lean Initiatives / $140k - A director of lean business initiatives is responsible for driving business excellence across an organization. This position partners with Senior Leaders across the organization to drive significant change and tangible performance improvements. This position will Identify, plan and drive business results related to customer outcomes, improved service capabilities and work flow efficiencies.
• Data Architect / $120k - A data architect is a person responsible for ensuring that the data assets of an organization are supported by an architecture supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals. The architecture should cover databases, data integration and the means to get to the data. Usually the data architect achieves his/her goals via setting enterprise data standards.
